V-O-L-T SYSTEM THROTTLES CONTROL

The V-O-L-T system is the new command and control center for hydrotherapy and the adjustable performance of your hot tub or swim spa. Pumps generate the flow, and the Variable Velocity Valve (V3) throttle directs and channels the performance to specific seats and swim jets. The V150 Jetpods and Whitewater-4 jets deliver the action. Convenient push-button electronic navigation ensures that all systems are set on the course you desire.

The V-O-L-T hydrotherapy system is located deep within the V150P vessel and draws power from a single 2-speed pump with a flow rate of 160 gallons per minute (606 liters per minute) for the swim end and another 2-speed pump with a flow rate of 360 gallons per minute (1363 liters per minute) for the therapy seats. The output from the pumps maximizes laminar flow: laminar flow offers increased flow volumes and significant hydrotherapy benefits because it eliminates cross-currents, eddies, and water swirls.

WHITEWATER-4 JETS ARE MORE FUN

The three Whitewater-4 swim jets generate a flow of 160 gallons per minute (606 liters per minute), providing recreational swimmers with an enjoyable experience. You can also adjust the flow to suit your specific preferences, making it suitable for swimmers of all ages. For swim-in-place training, we recommend considering the optional swim tethers.

These jets are designed with high-flow, low-pressure engineering to ensure excellent therapy without excessive pressure. The Directional Jetpods precisely target specific muscle areas for a deep massage. Orbital Jetpods deliver a rhythmic rotating surface action, resembling a sports massage style, with a focus on movement over the skin surface and shallow tissue below. Conal Jetpods offer a gentler, Swedish massage-type movement over the skin surface, providing a soothing release.

WHITEWATER THERAPY JETS

By adjusting the red V3 valve, you can activate two Whitewater-4 jets that create powerful surges of water from the bottom of the swim spa. These surges can generate substantial hydrotherapy flows, which are particularly effective at relieving foot and leg discomfort.

The Kona ATV also includes a pair of mid-vessel Buoyancy jets that provide lift to the mid to lower torso during swim exercises. This offers a unique dynamic to your body positioning in the water during your workout. Additionally, twin-end tethers and deep-water anchor points expand the versatility and variety of strength and conditioning workouts in 53 inches (135 cm) of water.
