Russell put in a first class swim spa in our backyard. He handled everything including the crane to get it over our house. He even took care of a few problems with a contractor and took much of the worries away when dealing with the installation. His knowledge on what needs to be done is 100% and he doesn’t quit until it’s done right. With his instructions, the maintenance is a breeze. We’re very skeptical if the people don’t come on time and makes excuses. Comes to Russell , he’s always on time period. We trust him and highly recommend him to everybody without doubt! The moment we walked in the door Russell made us feel right at home. He was did not push or over sell. We looked a number of hot tub sizes and features. We selected a MARQUIS Hot Tub at a great price. AZ Spas & Patio took care of everything. The hot tub was delivered to our home, the crew that delivered the spa was careful and friendly. They placed the hot tub in our backyard where we wanted it, filled it with water, and hooked up the electrical. Six hours later we were enjoying a nice soak in our new hot tub. It has been wonderful to soak and relax each evening. With the COVID-19 social distancing policies in place, having a place to go and relax has been a mental life saver for my wife and myself. We highly recommend Russell and AZ Spas & Patio. You will have a great experience.

We went to few spa stores before we found AZ Spas and Patio. There was something different. It wasn’t necessarily a fancy setup (though the showroom was very functional and helpful) there was zero pressure ( but there knowledge was superior to others) and there prices were better than others even when the others were having “blowout sales”.
We had to wait a few weeks for delivery, but that was fine because we needed the time to install the electrical. Wayne was extremely helpful with the setup and delivery. We even had some electrical issues due to my electrician and Russ came out first thing Monday to troubleshoot and fix the problem.
Absolutely wonderful company to work with. Couldn’t recommend them more.
