What if my repair needs a part you have to special order?
Some repairs need a part we have to order in. When that happens, the part typically reaches us within a week, and we schedule a return visit to install it as soon as it arrives. So a repair that needs a special-order part usually runs as two visits: the first to diagnose the problem and order the right part, the second to fit it and finish the job.
